My 2016 Ford Fusion went from 245 miles per tank to an impressive 458 miles after my 100,000-mile service at AutoNation Ford Mobile! Service Advisor Mr. Ryan Reeves went above and beyond, ensuring the car received its scheduled maintenance, addressed an open recall, and even replaced worn valve cover gaskets. Mr. Reeves kept me informed throughout the process, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions patiently. With professionals like him and the expertise of AutoNation Ford, I'm confident my car will run smoothly for many more years, hopefully long enough for my teenagers to enjoy another 100,000 miles! My entire experience was great. Mackenzie (service tech) provided excellent communication while my car was having its engine replaced. Any questions or concerns that I had, were answered in a timely manner and professionally with kindness. They even arranged some drop off convenience for me when my car was done. 10/10
