I will say that the service has definitely improved! I had a wonderful service experience this week. My vehicle was taken care of before appt time and my drop off and pick up at work went so smoothly. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10! We went in to buy a car because ours had a dead transmission, and I admit, we went in frustrated. From the time we walked in the door, we were treated with kindness and respect. The salesperson spoke to me, as the car’s driver , and didn’t focus on my husband, as I’ve experienced in the past.
