I needed some service on a recently purchased 2013 Lincoln MKZ. Got a recommendation for
AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater: good service and friendly staff. Accurate assessment!
My issues were accurately diagnosed and repaired. I was kept informed by my Service Advisor while waiting in the very comfortable lounge. My car was returned to me with repaired, washed and vacuumed. Excellent overall experience.

When  you pull into the building there is a bit of a delay (about 10 minutes)  to be waited on by the employees.  Once your assigned person comes out they spend all the time you need to review what you and your car needs.  I find them not to be pushy but to do the best they can for you and your vehicle. Since I had planned on waiting for the car but it needed more time, I was given a ride home until the car was ready.

Just bought a Corsair here and the whole experience was great. We loved Don our salesman who really knew his stuff.  Tim was also very helpful and both of them made you feel like you were talking with friends. We would highly recommend this dealership

I had a wonderful experience bringing my Lincoln Corsair for a complete all points inspection prior to my bumper-to-bumper warranty expiring.  They were very friendly and professional.  they even found a rattle we were concerned about, it was the rear seat belts not put in the seat clip.  they also found a screw in the tire.
