A bit of a drive from where I live, but totally worth it for the good vibes, and best price within 75 miles (I did my homework and emailed many dealers). I had the pleasure of working with Luis, who was cheerful and seemed just as excited about my new car as I was! He did a great job getting everything done quickly to get us to financing so we wouldn’t have to spend too long at the dealership. Excellent service: 10/10!

Now for the place itself: it’s very clean, with a cool model car inside that has one of those roof tents! We got to climb in and test the tent out! If we have any camping plans in the future we would probably get it. It’s very comfortable and surprisingly stable. They also had a cornhole game set up there in case anyone got bored waiting, which is a nice bonus. Oh and a kids station with what looked like an educational show for the kids to watch.

Also, Luis followed up after we already bought the car to make sure we were enjoying it. Very nice to know that if we had any questions he could answer them. Some salesmen lose touch as soon as you buy from them, but not here!

I would definitely recommend buying a car here. As for service, I will update when I take my car here for servicing.

Alexis was wonderful! He was so personable and communicative. So nice to work with. I appreciated the updates from Alexis and the video from the technician. I had to be in the waiting room for a while, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee. Nice clean and welcoming area. The rest of the staff were conscientious of customers, and it was nice to see them holding doors open for them. Little things that mean a lot.

After the purchase, we were directed to our car genius Manny who would set up an appointment to go over any questions regarding the many miscellaneous instruments, online subaru assist, gadgets and gizmos.
We were kindly greeted with a swag bag from Dwight, Sales Manager while we picked up our vehicle.
We had purchased additional items for the vehicle (installation was in the purchase price).
We received an email to schedule a date for installation within a few days and the service department did a great job in a timely fashion.
Our vehicle was wash as well!
