This is my third time buying a car in my life, but my first time doing so entirely online. I went to a few dealerships but it was very clear that I was being given the hard sale. Instead I found my car online, via their national site. Though disconcerting at first I took a chance and cold called. I am glad I did, as in the end Lucas and the team at AutoNation Toyota Libertyville made the process very easy. The price was right too so I had him take about 100 photos and he gave me a very honest assessment of the car. At no time did I feel pressured and they were very open to respond to the added scrutiny that comes with doing a purchase like this. Setting up an appointment was easier than expected. There were 2 available slots to choose from considering it was a last-minute decision to send my car for 1st time maintenance after purchased from 3 months ago. I arrived at the service center 15 minutes earlier and got done 1: 45 hr/min. Car was washed when they returned to it to me. I just wish there were more agents to take care of long line of customers waiting to check in. Overall experience was great.
