We purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Golf GTI Autobahn from Autonation Volkswagen. Our sales person Jason was amazing. He was fun, no pressure, accommodating and very knowledgeable. When my wife and I read the reviews I have to say I was very nervous getting our car fixed here. I had already scheduled the appointment and we were driving there from out of town so we decided to keep the appointment. I was very hesitant and asked a lot of questions.

BUT... From the moment I got there, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our car was under warranty and we had a strict 1 day time frame we needed the car done. They diagnosed and fixed both front ball bearings.

We dropped our Atlas off Friday night and they had it fixed Saturday afternoon and did a great job communicating the status of the car.

Everything was covered under our warranty and there were no extra costs. We have been driving the car the past few days and the car drives 100% better. The problem feels fixed.

We were shopping for my daughter’s first car.
