We visited their showroom to take a look at the new RAM truck.
The place was well lit and several vehicle were on display.  The staff is friendly but leave you pretty much alone to inspect the vehicles at leisure.
A beautiful hundred thousand dollar Wagoneer was standing in a corner and was way outside our budget.
Access to the dealership is easy, no barriers or steps.
Even the doors are automatic.
Handicap ?? friendly.
Attractive clean restrooms and a spacious customer lounge.
An attractive dealership worth the visit.

2nd vehicle we have bought there. Will buy many more (as long as Jenni stays the finance guru). We truly enjoy seeing folks we know there. Nick was a super knowledgeable sales fella and was attentive without hovering like a vulture. This experience was even better than the first.

This was my first time using this dealership for an oil change. The associate was new, but tried very hard to take excellent care of my needs.  He apologized for being new and it taking a little longer to get me checked in.  Service tech recommended a replacement of the cabin filter and showed me proof that it needed replaced.  The service was quick and they offer a clean relaxing waiting area.  Defiantly a great experience.

I am traveling from Colorado to New Hampshire (via North Carolina) for a long road trip.  I am pulling my travel trailer.  4 days into my trip, I noticed there was an issue with my new Ram 1500.  Long story short is it was a defective wheel bearing.  I called AutoStar - Waynesville to let them know I was having issues and was told I could bring it right in.  I was greeted by Brian and he took care of everything.  The issue was diagnosed, parts were ordered, and my truck was repaired.  Unfortunately had to wait for parts and was here 9 days longer than I planned to be but there is so much to do in the area that I never got bored so it’s all good.

I am very happy with this dealership.  Everyone was super helpful and very friendly.  But a big shout out to Brian for coordinating everything and keeping me informed.
