We bought a 2021 CR-V at Avalon Honda last week. The experience from beginning to end was very positive. Our salesperson, Susan, was very knowledgeable about the car and kept in constant contact with us throughout the purchase. She’s a true professional. It was a no pressure experience. The SUV was exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Avalon Honda and will be making all of our purchases with them. In addition, recently  I picked up a touch up paint pen at their parts department. Mike was awesome helping me. We will be doing all of our maintenance with them even though there is a much closer Honda dealer to us. There is something to be said about buying from a smaller dealer. You aren’t just a number. Robert and Joe were absolutely fantastic – they were not only incredibly nice but also super accommodating. The speed and quality of the repair work were exceptional. It’s as if the accident never happened!

The entire experience was amazing, from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my perfectly repaired Jeep. I’m from out of state and had an emissions system error pop up 1,000 miles from home. It can be really scary to not know anything about the area you’re in or who anyone would recommend. I placed my trust in Avalon and they’ve come through for me SO MUCH! My car ended up needing a bit of extra work and they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I’m safe. Pro tip - Ross likes it when you don’t rush him and let him keep your vehicle long enough to run all of the tests he needs to run. If he’s not stressed, you won’t be either! Haha!
