So glad I found these guys. Recently had my BMW 330i serviced for some scheduled maintenance. Avalon’s price was half of what I was quoted at the dealer, after using a coupon I received in the mail. The shop is clean and easy to access with plenty of parking. Really friendly service also. Will definitely use them again.

The technicians at Avalon were courteous, efficient and professional in diagnosing and repairing a complex electrical issue with my 10 year old BMW diesel sedan.  There was essentially no waiting time to get the vehicle in for service and the explanation of the issue was thorough.  Repairs were performed as quickly as possible and the costs for repair (beyond the parts needed to replace a cracked diesel exhaust fluid line that was also an issue and that I had suspected) were very reasonable. Follow up has also been excellent - I will use this shop again.

I took my Porsche to Avalon Motorsport for an oil change and to have them do a comprehensive vehicle inspection. They were very detailed about everything they reviewed. All of the issues were categorized in terms of criticality of the repair. They also took pictures of everything that they found and were recommending. It was great because I have a list of any issues I need to take care of now, plus upcoming service that I should get prepared to do. I really liked that they put all the pictures up online so I could see exactly any issue.  I felt comfortable with their assessment and evaluation of my car. I felt they were very honest and very fair with their inspection, assessment and pricing. I will definitely be back.

I called them on a Monday and they took the car in that afternoon. They were able to resolve my initial issue Tuesday as promised. We then discussed other concerns I had and they were able to work them in with an expected completion date of Thursday. Wade, who was my point of contact, kept me updated all along and surprised me with a call Wednesday to say my Cayenne was ready a day early. Great experience all around. Under promised and over delivered. Thank you to all of you at Avalon!
