We enjoyed our experience purchasing a mobility van from AZ Mobility Center. Scott was helpful and took his time to ensure we got the right vehicle for my needs. He wasn't overly pushy for one style or another and quickly got us the next vehicle we had picked out to look at. They've been quick with follow up post sale. Their prices are truly the best after a lot of research on mobility vans.

So my dad has been on two artificial legs for over 15 years he finally gave in and sat down a little bit and got an electric wheelchair after looking around at several Lots in California we decided to go to Arizona Mobility to look at at a MV one mobile vehicle it was everything we expected in more Scott that work there did a great job with us and has a great temperament for dealing with elderly people. We wanted to thank you for helping us get a vehicle that was truly a great price and everything we expected help my father with his independence and Mobility attached is a picture of my father happy in the Arizona desert with his badass ride. Buying a vehicle is a big undertaking and often one of the largest purchases you will make. Anyone requiring modified transportation knows that said undertaking is magnified tenfold by all the other disability related aspects added into it. The team at Arizona Mobility understands exactly this; it is their reason for being and ALL that they do. From the individual drive or passenger needs that you have, the type of ramp that will work for you to the size of your garage for entry/ exit these guys think of everything (that even you may not!) and will not rest until every question is answered and you are comfortable and satisfied.  I promise, you will never find a more dedicated group of people who encompass the true meaning of teamwork and dedication; they are not just in it for selling the vehicle, but for the freedom it brings and the lives changed for the better because of it. This is my second van from Arizona Mobility. My situation was unique and the journey long to get where we are, but the list of positive things that I have to say at the end of this far outweighs any challenge we faced initially.  I was connected with David Vore (Director of Operations) when there were unforeseeable issues with the first van; he could have easily taken the simple road to be done, but I learned quickly that that is not the type of man David is.  He told me the very first day I spoke with him that he would not be satisfied until I was, and he held to that all the way through.  He went miles above and beyond, graciously taking on all of my concerns and walking me through every step of the process until we were able to find a solution and a van that would work for me.  I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and have learned that sometimes it is not so much about where we start as the journey that ensues and the end result.  The smiles in the photo we got to take after signing are just a small glimmer into the gratefulness I will always hold for a man who was born to do what he does.

Scott was fantastic to work with. No pressure and he was great about answering all of our questions. The shipment of our new vehicle back to our home in Colorado was painless. We looked at their inventory while visiting Arizona and filled out all the paperwork through e-mail. What a great experience. I look forward to using Arizona Mobility for our next van!
