All of the staff at B&B are great and very professional, but Karl he was my go to guy, he made the whole process so simple. He was able to secure an amazing deal on my Chevy Trailblazer he even made sure after the papers were signed that everything on the vehicle was up to par. The man I talked to was very nice and respectful. I didn’t end up purchasing from them because the car didn’t have working A/C, Florida you need it. But the man was nice enough to accept it instead of dealerships where they try to make me feel like an idiot and convince me to just go through with it. Very good place. Nice people
