Received a text from Badger Truck regarding a recall for a 2008 Mercury Milan; I had thought I missed the service window for the initial recall but Badger Truck confirmed the service would be free of charge. There was also a second recall for the vehicle with the brake system that they were able to rectify. There was a little confusion regarding the estimated service time and I did need to leave the vehicle with them for a few days, but I received phone calls with status updates each day. Pretty big service center, with easy access to the interstate. Staff were friendly and informative.

Had a great experience working with AJ, Ray and Suzanne on my Mach-E purchase. Worked over phone and text to agree on a deal, took the train up to Milwaukee and was picked up from the station by AJ. The car had a couple small body blemishes but the team worked with me to get it all taken care of at a shop locally by me after I brought it home. Wonderful experience overall!

I want to personally thank the workers who stayed late to help me fix a dead battery when I was moving out of state the next morning. They were all incredibly kind and determined to fix the problem for me to not delay my move. I can’t say enough about this place and all of the help they’ve provided me over the years! This was quite possibly the best car buying experience I have had. From first contact to the end, the process has been easy and stress free. I drove 4 and a half hours to trade in our truck for another, and I found everything to be as described. They worked with me to make it possible for my wife and family to not have to make the trip. When I got there, the entire process took about an hour before I was back on the road with our new truck. Derek and Rob were great to work with, and I would gladly drive the 4.5 hours to buy a car from them again.
