Outstanding customer service. When we arrive to pick up the car, they immediately told us the bug shield had been broken when they were washing the car and had already ordered a replacement one for it. They never tried to hide it And immediately had a solution. Not many businesses would do that. When purchasing our next vehicle, this will be our first stop because of this positive experience.

I recently went to Baierl Ford for the first time. I needed an oil change and inspection. I will say, the only negative for me, when calling for service, you get an automated system called Stella. I did not like that AT ALL and actually tried to find another dealership, at first. I ended up trying again. My request confused Stella, so I was transferred to a human, which is what I wanted in the first place. From there, only good things happened. I was connected with Rob. He was friendly and helpful and got me scheduled quickly. I went in for service. Got my car pulled in to the QUICK LANE service bay in the back of the car sales building. I went and got checked in and directed to the waiting area. The waiting area was clean and quiet. The bathroom was very clean and smelled good, which is important. There is a TV screen in the waiting area (that I didn't notice till at least half way through my visit) that shows you all cars that are in, and the status of the work. That was really helpful. My service was completed in about 2 hours. I checked out with Rob who, again, was very friendly and informative. I would definitely go back there in the future. Thanks for the great service!
