JJ at Baierl Honda got me set up with my new 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid in the exact color I wanted! He made the process super easy and made sure to go over everything with me. I was upgrading from a smaller suv and wanted something more reliable and comfortable. After lots of research I settled on the CRV and before I knew it I was driving it off the lot this past Tuesday! Thank you again to JJ and the Baierl Honda team for getting me in my first brand new car!

I recently had to replace the high beam bulbs in my 2014 Civic but didn't feel like working in an unheated garage so I took my vehicle to Baierl to have this simple job done. I showed up with my new bulbs at the express service center to have it done. John Kurta checked me in to have it done immediately - no charge to me. Less than an hour later it was done. When I got home, I found that the driver's side bulb had been installed incorrectly (see attached photo). The next day I took it back to the service center and brought it to John's attention. He immediately had the service center take the car back in and had the problem corrected - I was out within the hour. Props to John and the service center for their prompt attention to this. Great service

My wife and I just bought a used SUV at their used car lot. We ended up with a super nice 2021 Jeep Cherokee. Our salesman Matt was excellent. We asked to see about 5 vehicles total and Matt expertly showed us each one. He got us a great deal. This is the second vehicle we've purchased at Baierl Honda, we shop no where else

Stopped to look for a new vehicle as I just had one totaled in an accident. Was greeted by Tim McCormick on the lot who was by far the nicest and low pressure sales person I've ever met. I asked about a few vehicles and just couldn't decide what I wanted to do. I called him later that night and decided i wanted to look more into the new Civic Hatchback made an appointment and the rest is history. Purchase a new Civic the next day from Tim. Everyone from Tim to Mark the sales manager to Cissy in finance worked hard to get me a great deal with a great interest rate. Great place and do yourself a favor and go see Tim and Mark you wont be let down.

Updating my review and not for the better. Sales process for my new car went smoothly with JJ so no ill-regard towards him nor the 2024 Accord I bought - that's where the 2 stars comes from. Things go downhill from there, however. I implore you: DO NOT TRADE YOUR OLD VEHICLE TO THEM. They gave me 5 grand for my trade, a 2013 Accord, and absolutely would not budge on that total, citing cosmetic rear bumper damage and surface rust on the driver rear rocker panel. I did their trade estimator online and was given an estimate of around 9 grand for my trade. I knew that number would go down, but by almost half? I know trade ins aren't as high as they were a little over a year ago, but they have the gall to list my old car for 14 grand. I should note at the time of writing I only traded it in a day ago, so either they fixed the bumper and rust super quick, or they want 14 grand for a 10 year old car with these allegedly horrible flaws. Unfortunately my old car will probably sell for asking price before anyone reads this, but if you happen ti read this and you're interested in 2013 Accord with VIN 1HGCR2F81DA242311, just know you're paying 14 grand for a car that, from what I was told, wouldn't pass inspection with the rust it had, and it's over 1 grand more than I paid for the car 4 years ago when it was a newer, lower mileage vehicle. It's entirely my fault for not walking away upon getting my trade offer, but hopefully this review serves as a warning to NOT use Baierl Honda for anything other than new car purchases with no trades. I've had only positive experiences with Baierl Honda in the past, but this alone is enough to negate all of those and never patronize them again, not that they care. Update: After a few emails back and forth with the manager the listing was removed and was reassured that the car was sent to auction and gave a thorough explanation of their process of taking in trades and having to list them even if there's no intent to sell to a customer. Adding 2 stars onto my rating and only withholding the 5th star because I still believe Baierl is low for trades; had a family member offered 2 grand for a trade a couple years ago when nrighboring Shults Ford and Wright Hyundai offered 3 and 5 grand respectively
