I recently had the opportunity to experience the service center at Bailey Ford of Plattsburgh, and I must say I was quite impressed.  Evan greeted me as I arrived and listened intently as I explained the multiple issues I was experiencing with my vehicle.  Two days later, I arrived for my appointment, and Evan and the technician went right to work.  Evan checked in with me several times letting me know what issues were found, and estimated repair time.  When completed, I spoke with the technician who provided a short explanation on what he had done, and he assured me it would now ride like a new car.  He was absolutely right.
