Everything about my experience was first rate.  Check in was easy - I told the service technician what I wanted done and he outlined everything Stevens Creek Subaru would do and how much it would cost.  Before the work was completed a service tech sent me a video of the work being done and suggestions regarding what service may be needed in the near future.  My checkout was very straight forward with no surprises - and the receipt again showed what issues should be addressed at the next 6,000 mile interval.  All the associates were courteous and professional.  I have been a Stevens Creek Subaru customer since 2011 - I am on my second Subaru - and I plan on being a long time customer.
