Probably the best service experience I’ve ever had. The wife and I were up from Georgia on a family emergency and noticed our oil life was due, like now, for a change and service to comply with our warranty. They were able to get us in quickly. The service advisor, Andrew, was top notch and the shop was first class. We’ll miss them both. Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent help! Katrina knew exactly what she was talking about….hopefully everything will go well and I can pick up my new SUV Chevy Traverse 2017 tomorrow! Balise Chevy GMC near Basketball hall of fame! So I picked up the Traverse today …such an AWESOME SUV..Runs great…big difference from my VW JETTA….will do business and recommend…the other thing is How do I get floor mats? I really can’t afford to by separately…any old ones? Even if dirty! I don’t wanna ruin this really nice interior! And to Katrina thank you for being patient …I am very sorry about my dad and his anxiety…the Alzheimer’s along with being there for 3 hrs just caused it worse! He apologized to me and to tell you he was very sorry.. Thanks for the great service!????

Staff was friendly. Monica was incredibly helpful considering I was coming from out of state. She found a vehicle nearby that has the same interior so I could see it in person without driving to Rhode Island. The process was overall great

Everyone I spoke with during the process of having my vehicle was courteous, professional, and helpful. I was able to schedule service quickly and the work was done quickly. They identified potential issues worth addressing in the future and did not do any unapproved work or attempt to upsell me on other services. I will return in the future for other service my vehicle requires.
