It was my first time buying a car and Shanda did absolutely amazing with helping me through the whole process. She was there to help me find exactly what I was looking for, but also help a great deal with the paper work. She answered questions I had and broke down the process to where I could easily understand what was going on. Shanda made this experience easy and wonderful!

After hitting a deer and doing serious damage to my vehicle, I was prepared to yo-yo between the repair shop and insurance company for weeks before getting the ball rolling. I shouldn’t have worried. Ballentine and my insurance worked behind the scenes without me knowing and I picked up my car, in perfect condition, a couple of weeks later (outstanding timing as I dropped it off on a Friday). It’s nice to be pleasantly surprised! I couldn’t be more satisfied

The sales staff at Ballentine Toyota is phenomenal, they are very friendly and funny but most importantly they are great at what they do! Brian Oaks was awesome!!! Not pushy or breathing down your neck! He was very patient and thorough in explaining everything about each vehicle I was interested in. Glad he suggested to test drive both an hybrid and regular - boy oh boy what a big difference! Everyone was professional and welcoming!
