We had the pleasure of working with Mark and Dez at Banister Mitsubishi. Dez was helpful getting my son Morgan familiar with the vehicle and getting it delivered to him, absolutely no hassles whatsoever.

I contacted Mark Gaines, the Sales Manager early on and he was honest, sincere and full of integrity, very rare qualities in a car sales representative. In the beginning we only communicated over the phone and text and he admitted since his vehicle wasn’t the lowest model sold by Mitsubishi, his deal was at a slightly higher price than his competitor. However, he continued diligently and HONESTLY to try to sell my son Morgan his upgraded model and with Morgan’s “junk” Mitsubishi trade in vehicle, Mark worked out a fantastic deal for Morgan on his 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. It was literally pennies more for Morgan to get an upgraded model with an upgraded warranty package and a maintenance service plan too. It was ALL BECAUSE OF MARK!! He solely worked the numbers to within Morgan’s budget AND threw in the extra warranty and services for free and I had it all in writing before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. Totally worth the drive to Hampton.  When we did arrive, vehicle was ready to go, we signed the same deal Mark had promised, and we rode off with Morgan’s first new vehicle. Banister Mitsubishi - honesty, integrity, fair, and willing to work with you to get you into you new vehicle. Mark and Dez are very nice and personable as well. Thank you for taking such good care of my son!!

They were great!!!! I highly recommend to get your brand new car from here!!!!!! The staff were more than great. You can tell they were passionate about their job. But most importantly cared about their customers interest & what’s best for them. Special shout out to Desmond & Donny for all their help. Without them it wouldn’t have been possible!!!! On top of that they invited me & my daughter for lunch while we waited for everything to be processed. Never heard of any dealership doing that for their costumers. Once again highly recommended!!!
