I am beyond please with this Ford Dealership, they exceeded my expectations and took care of our vehicle. We purchased a 2017 Ford F250 from Billingsley Ford in Lawton, OK. The truck was delivered to us and within 24 hours of delivery we began having issue with the truck. The AC would not blow cold air and the check engine light came on. We contacted Billingsley Ford and were advised to take it to the closest Ford Dealership to have it look at.. The truck was taken to Gene Messer Ford in Amarillo, TX. Gene Messer Ford was unable to fix the truck and in the end we ended up having damage to the vehicle. When the truck was returned it was scratched severely. I was advised by co-workers I needed to take the truck to Bar W Ford in Tulia, TX. My Co-workers assured me the short drive would definitely be worth it and that the service mechanics would be able to take care of our truck. After the back to back issues with Gene Messer Ford I was skeptical and honestly had no hope for the truck and was fearing we had been sold a lemon. We delivered the truck to Bar W Ford completely dead, with no power whatsoever. Bar W Ford called me within a few days and were able to advise of the issues they had discovered and stated they should all be covered under the Blue Ford Warranty the truck had been purchased with.. Our service adviser was great!! He maintained communication with me about the status of the truck and what repairs were needed. I will absolutely recommend Bar W Ford to EVERYONE, they truly do care to ensure a vehicle is operating as it should be. I can go on and on about Bar W Ford, they absolutely exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing work and dedication to ensuring the truck was running well and that we no longer had any issues.. Our service adviser even reached out a couple weeks afterwards to ask how the truck was running.. Clint thank you sooo much for taking care of me and thank you to your staff!!!
