He was not pushy for me to choose another vehicle, and gave a very informative history on the car. I appreciate Austin’s honesty and kindness, and the overall small town feel of the dealership. My husband pointed out that the car needed an alignment, and Austin arranged for me to come in to have it aligned at no cost. I will be sure to make the one hour drive to have the oil changes and regular maintenance done at Bareford GMC because of the excellent customer service I received with purchasing my vehicle. Let me Start by saying this was the easiest, and most comfortable dealership experience I have ever had. They worked with me on finding where I needed to be and they never pushed at anything during the whole process. The worst part of it was dealing with my insurance company over the phone at 7pm on a Saturday. But that was to be expected I guess. This place was a 10/10 in my book for sure.
