While service work/oil change may be painful at some dealerships, we have NEVER had a bad experience at Barnes Crossing Hyundai. If we need an oil change, all we have to do is drive over and get it done. As long as we get to the dealership at a reasonable time of day, we always find that the work is able to be completed.
