My experience today was 5 star. When I pulled up, I explained that my brakes were metal on metal in the front and that I was visiting from out of town. Sal was very kind at the service desk. He was friendly and, told me he would call right away to see if he could get the parts in. And, he did. I called a bit later and asked if they could do an oil change while it was there. That was done also. So, new brakes, an oil change, and they checked my wheel bearings and battery as I requested. Colin fixed my car. He did an outstanding job. Everything was done in a speedy manner and everyone was so polite! I highly recommend this dealership for service. P.S. My car was also clean on the inside. No oily smudges or anything!

My wife and I recently purchased a Ford Escape Platinum Hybrid from Basil Ford. We worked with Harrison and Charlie. Harrison was quite new to sales, but he was great with follow up. We actually were all set on a used Escape Titanium Hybrid elsewhere, when Harrison reached back to us and suggested looking at new. We were able to get a model with all the equipment we wanted and a great deal. I have been in the car business for over 35 years and hate being sold to. These two were great. They answered all of our questions and never were pushy. It was a great buying experience.
