At our first appointment we were just looking at the new VW Atlas design when shopping for a new SUV. We were greeted & shown what they had to offer while answering all of our questions. We soon after our visit decided we wanted to special order our new SUV with Baxter. Our salesman, Conner was so helpful & accommodating throughout the whole process even if we had some extra request. The ordering process was easy & they even did a lot of it over the phone since we live out of town. The time frame we were given for our new vehicle was exactly spot on with when it came in & the vehicle had checked every box for what we were wanting. When it finally came time to pick up our new Atlas it was pulled up to the front of the store, cleaned, full tank of gas & ready to go! Connor explained all the features on the car before we left too which was super nice & helpful. The buying process was also really easy & pretty quick. We also did not have to talk to multiple people which was a different experience from other dealerships I have bought vehicles from in the past. They also don't try to sell you on a bunch of the extra products unless it is something that they truly think is worth having. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future if/when we need new vehicles.
