Before I walked in I was very nervous and anxious since sometimes dealerships can be pushy. This was the second Volkswagen I’ve visited for my lease trade in, Once I walked in the door, Davina greeted me with a warm smile and a calm demeanor she made the process very easy explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable. They were able to price match from the first dealership I visited with an amazing car. Also the sales manager Frank was very helpful and explained all the paper work before signing anything. They are very transparent didn’t try adding anything extra or forcing me to purchase anything else. I would definitely recommend to anybody. I recently leased my new VW Atlas from Bay Ridge Volkswagen and could not be Happer. My sales rep Sarah was amazing.  I went over the pricing with her over the phone, and when I went to the showroom, the deal/rate was exactly what we spoke about, no bait and switch here. Frank the manager was a huge help as well. He made the transition out of my current lease very easy. I'm 50 years old and have owned/leased multiple vehicles and can honestly say this was by far the best car buy experience I have ever had.
