Mike, Andy and Nate were wonderful to work with. They put hours of work into helping me trade in my current vehicle and get me into a brand new GMC Terrain. I feel so much safer in my new vehicle and it helps me feel even better knowing these guys cared and wanted to help!

I have bought two cars from Ashley Couturier and both times where quick and easy. She was very transparent about the cars and even though they were not GMC vehicles she still had good knowledge of both. I love my car and the great deal I got and my wife love hers the same. The finance manager Don made it quick and easy to get threw finance and explained thoroughly the additional coverages we could get. We felt no pressure at all when in Ashley's office or in Don's and we thank them both for making what us typically a stressful situation relaxing and easy.

So, I took a leap of faith and ordered a vehicle online from a dealership 3 hours away. Michael Greenberg was the one to contact me and sent me other options aside from the one I was interested in and allowed me to kinda browse the online inventory. Once I told him I was interested in the original one the most we got the ball rolling and within the hour of doing financing he told me my vehicle would be delivered NEXT DAY. Now, that may not be the case for every vehicle that gets bought from them but talk about customer service! Michael and Don (from financing) were both extremely professional, they didn't make me feel pressured into anything, and seem like genuine people. The delivery person, Eric, was also great to meet, very friendly, and retired Air Force veteran that I got to thank for his service. This place is great!

Ashley and the entire team at Beaman Buick GMC were top notch! Ashley kept me updated throughout the entire ordering and shipping from Detroit process and was very professional. You all should be proud to have her on your team. Nate in Finance was very knowledgeable and efficient in getting all paperwork finalized. He even took time to explain quite a few things about the truck and the application put on the interior and exterior to keep this awesome 2024 2500 AT4X looking great! I will definitely refer people in my network to Beaman Buick GMC.
