Drove down 4 hours from near the Wisconsin/Illinois border to purchase a used truck. Worked out all the preliminaries over the phone at closing time on a Saturday night with Trent Purdue. He took the time to work with me, send photos and emails, talked to me over the phone on his way home,and continued communication throughout the day on Sunday. When I arrived on Monday, he had everything set to go. Besides Trent, (unfortunately I don’t know their names) the Finance guy was very friendly and helpful, no upselling, no pressure, and the Cashier was very friendly as well. I would have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. The only downside for me is they’re 4 hours away, because I would love to use them as my service dealer as well. If you’re in the Indianapolis area and looking for a friendly, no stress, no pressure car buying experience, I highly recommend Beck Toyota. Heck, even if you’re not in the area, consider Beck. It was worth the 8 hour round trip for me.

I just had a great experience with Beck Toyota and specifically my salesman, Trent Purdue. Trent walked me through the process of buying my Tacoma like a veteran. He is super knowledgeable about Tacomas and patiently gave me tips on all the bells and whistles. Because I drove from 3 1/2 hours away, he made sure everything was ready to go the day I came to buy it and pick it up. Loving my 4Runner Limited after 6 weeks! Took it on a northern Michigan and Upper Peninsula color tour and it was a very comfortable ride for hours at a time.
