One evening in June we left the Somerset Fuel Plaza and noticed a low tire pressure in one of our tires. We called local car rental locations quickly which were all closed. We kept going and exited at Bedford to the first place to get air. Fast forward to driving around Bedford looking for a place to look at the tire and we pass Bedford Ford a little after 7 pm. It's their late night and Dawn Z. checks to see if the technician has time to take a look and repair. Yes, we can do it! Quickly Dawn gets the car in. We so glad given we still had 2+ hours to get home. The technician finds multiple slow leaks which they repaired and noted the dry rot of the rental car's tires. We were on our way home soon after! I was so glad we found Dawn Z. that evening. Very kind and understanding. Thank you to Dawn and the technician for taking care of us. I'm sorry I am writing this review late.
