This is the second car I have purchased with Beechmont Toyota and with my salesman, Anatelli. Prior to coming to Toyota, I visited several places and my Toyota Rep was the kindest and most patient sales rep that I have ever met. I knew what kind of car that I needed each time and they listened to my requests. I will always bring friends and family to Beechmont Toyota for this reason. I love my new car even more later in the week and keep learning about several features as I continue to use my new car. Any time I need a car, I will come here.

We’ve been looking for a Sienna but didn’t have any luck because they are on back order. Logan Crouch (salesman) and Adam Lester (manager) helped us and suggested that we look at the Grand Highlander. I didn’t think it was going to have enough space and almost shot the idea down. Logan and Adam both encouraged me to take a look and the space is very similar to a Sienna. We absolutely love the vehicle. The process was way easier than any car buying experience I’ve been apart of. Everything is transparent and I felt like they had my best interest in mind at all times. Randy Johnson did my paperwork and was super professional and hilarious! This whole experience was incredible considering we just had to battle insurance for a totaled vehicle. This may sound like an ad or a fake review but it it’s not. This is where I’ll buy all my cars moving forward. Highly, highly recommended! I worked with two people from the online sales team, Julia and Shea, of whom were wonderful to work with while they answered questions about inventory. When I went to the dealership, I was greeted by our salesman Landon Edwards. He was great to work with, made us feel comfortable, and worked very quickly. Overall, the experience was top-notch. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as our salesman Landon.

Cameron, the service tech assigned to me for this appointment, was by far the best and most knowledgeable service tech I've worked with in the 2+ years I've been getting service at Toyota. He fully explained what was going to be done to my car, and why it was being done that way. And, he politely and fully answered all of my questions. The servicing was done reasonably quickly, and the car was clean and performed perfectly when it was returned.

I had a great purchase experience at Beechmont Toyota. Anatolii was great helping me. I didn’t have a trade in, filled out all my paperwork online, and negotiated price before arriving. Was referred by a friend- and the Costco program referred Beechmont Toyota as well. Regardless, the price they gave me was better than my closet dealership in NKY by $800. Buying a car can feel like an arduous process, but it was about as easy as it gets. All prices reflected in my offer sheet were exactly what I received through the process (TFS finance rate), I dealt with Anatolii in sales and James in finance (I believe that was his name). There wasn’t the hard sales in finance either on warranties and stuff. Easy process and respectful of my time.
