This was such a great car buying experience! This place has amazing energy. Everyone that works here is super genuine people. I recommend everyone to come here to get a great car. Jay Jones helped us and he was superb. He was literally the best. I give this place a 10 out of 10 for sure. Just come here and get your car. Go to jay jones he will get it done.

Thomas Marshall made my car buying experience from out of state phenomenal. I could not ask for a better salesman. Today, my wife and I had a wonderful experience at Bella Nissan of Union City. I came in fresh after work with no ride. My thoughts was getting me a new ride, but we left getting my wife a better ride. I sucked it up and took her Pathfinder. Cole Sandager took great care of us. I purchased 2 vehicles within 3 weeks, trading in one for the current. Paid off that vehicle with a minimum down payment with my payments being affordable. The entire team made it happen. I read the online comments about Bella Nissan and they were not great. But whatever issues this dealership has had in the past is definitely something they are trying to correct. I liked the ability to book my appointment online and for it to be honored when I arrived. I've tried doing this at other dealerships, and they had no record of my appointment when I arrived. They work was done on time and at a reasonable price. Love the shuttle service back to my office...exceptional service. The only part of the experience that I found less that great is the language and interaction of the staff with each other. You should always conduct yourselves in a professional manner. If you act one way when you think no customers are arround and a different way when they are, one day you'll offend a customer you don't know is there....and your insincere apology after the incident will not mean much.
