I read the online comments about Bella Nissan and they were not great. But whatever issues this dealership has had in the past is definitely something they are trying to correct. I liked the ability to book my appointment online and for it to be honored when I arrived. I've tried doing this at other dealerships, and they had no record of my appointment when I arrived. They work was done on time and at a reasonable price. Love the shuttle service back to my office...exceptional service. The only part of the experience that I found less that great is the language and interaction of the staff with each other. You should always conduct yourselves in a professional manner. If you act one way when you think no customers are arround and a different way when they are, one day you'll offend a customer you don't know is there....and your insincere apology after the incident will not mean much.
