I had a few issues with my car, and Lori in the service department was incredibly honest and helpful. She took the time to break everything down for me and even offered a promotion GM had been running just a few days prior, which saved me $250 on my bill. Lori kept me updated throughout the process, and the service was quick—I got my car fixed and returned the very next day. Great experience!

Actual service was good, but communication was spotty. Did a night drop for an appointment the next day. Did not hear back until two days later, after I called. Was able to do the repair approvals online, but had to call my service advisor again to ensure receipt of those approvals. Although everyone was very polite, I would certainly recommend this shop get its act together re: communication. Digital first options (text, online, etc.) work much better than P2P phone chats or voice mails for busy professionals! Loved my shuttle driver, btw. He gets a 5-star rating!!

I highly recommend the Ben Mynatt Car Dealership in Concord NC for helping you find THE car. In the past I have dealt most satisfactorily with Ben Mynatt Buick. My decision to buy the new Cadillac was a big one…took me all summer! But I am sooo happy with my new car. I love everything about it. The gentleman who worked with me (J Summers) was patient, very knowledgeable about car availability and features, and a real pleasure to work with. On a 10-point scale, the whole thing was an 11+ PS They have great coffee!

I came in for a first come, first serve service. I asked for an oil change and state inspection. I was expecting to be there long enough to get some work done. They were quick. They finished my service prior to me finishing my work. They were professional and courteous.
