Nothing will be perfect with an old car but the honesty about issues and ability to work with customers when problems arise is a big factor for me to buy. I bought a Lexus ES 350 here in March of 2023. I clearly remember going on a test drive with Ray, who wasn't pushy or rude in any way. Michael sold me the car and he was very friendly and helpful.
