Utilized the Collision Center to fix a broken bumper on my 2023 Prius in early 2024. Being a newer car, parts took about a month to arrive, but the associates I spoke with - Dan to get the estimate, Jake, who kept me informed about the repair process and the additional damage that was found, and Randy, who helped me “check out” at the end of the process and went over what pieces of the car were replaced - were all exceptionally kind, patient, and professional. 2 before, 4 after pictures displayed.

I also utilize the service department for routine maintenance. Prices are high, but I have had no problems with their work and I believe the quality is good.

Danielle and the whole service department made an out of town break down be less stressful!  They were super thorough, ensuring that I didn’t make a five hour trip only to have car trouble going home   She provided me with updates to plan my trip back to PA.  Danielle was so great to me that I am thinking about planning my service on my Toyota Highlander,  when I visit my family in Pennsylvania. New York has a dealership and they are good  However, my experience at Bennett surpassed any experience I’ve had with my car in the past seven years!
