In the beginning of November, I went with my grandfather to purchase my vehicle. The entire time, Evian Hatter, Shayn Wade, & Tim Starr made the entire process as smooth as possible. Every question I had, they answered it and made us feel welcomed. Tim and Shayn even promised my grandfather a fishing trip (whether they were all joking or not, I’m really not sure). They made me feel like they weren’t just trying to sell me a car; they made me feel like they truly cared that I got the car I wanted without pulling any funny business on me.

I had been messaging Evian like a month before purchasing my car. She was literally the sweetest and even came up to Farmerville from Monroe because I trusted her most. She and I instantly clicked.

Two weeks later, my grandfather passed away and so I had to call up there to ask a question & had told Shayn what had happened. When I did, he was genuine about his condolences for my family. In my experience of car shopping, most salesmen are not as genuine. But to know that someone who had only met my grandfather once cared about someone e he had only met once, made me realize that there are still some good people out there.

And then with me being skeptical, I drove an hour and a half to pick up my license plate because I was worried it wouldn’t come in or time or get lost in the mail due to it being the holidays. Right as I was leaving, Mr. Tim came out to my car to ask me how I was doing and it meant the world to me and I’ll never forget his kindness and sympathy.

To say that they are the best would be an understatement. If you want a sales woman, or man, to buy from that’ll treat you like family and care, I 100% recommend Evian Hatter, Shayn Wade, and Tim Starr for your next vehicle purchase.. or really anyone at Benoit Chevy, Benoit Ford, or Wheel Mart.

To Evian, Shayn, and Tim, thank you for making us feel welcomed & making the car buying process as smooth as possible. My next car purchase will definitely be with Benoit.
