Well, where to begin on this amazing experience from start to finish? I purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX premium on 04/13/24 from Mitch Flowers II and from immediately beginning he did such an amazing job with finding the right used vehicle to fit my budgeting needs. He offered amazing tips and advice and transparency including friendliness. We arrived to the dealership and he had everything waiting on us. Car was ready to test drive and everything was moving along. We loved the vehicle and found that the drivers mirror didn't electronically move up/down and there was a "humming" noise when driving the vehicle. Mitch said "no worries we will take care of it". The mirror had to be ordered and they discovered a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. They also found that the dryer to the A/C had to be replaced and that there was a leak in the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. Now in my experience with used vehicles being sold as is is that all the repair costs are due to the new owner but with Bentley Cadillac they repaired it and at no cost! The sales Manager William and Tim Nicely and Butch were all super friendly and helpful and knew their business well. Moving to the service aspect I was dealing with Kevin and he was just as amazing as the previous names I mentioned if not more so. He kept me in the loop of the repairs and settling my nerves and ensured all was done to the Cadillac standard. He even brought my vehicle to me after the repairs were completed which was a lifesaver. Coming from someone such as myself who's never dealt with a Cadillac product I can certainly make this promise that I will forever be an advocate of the Bentley Cadillac product and service of brand! Thank you so much for being the biggest blessing during what could have been a nightmare. - Update to this review. The vehicle was sold with bad rear brakes, bad ac compressor and no intermittent rain wipers and even though this was known from the date of purchase the dealership wants to charge close to $2k to repair. The dealership doesn't know what to do about the wipers. If you do purchase a used car from here please don't listen to their claims about inspections or that they'll fix the issues bc they won't. What a shame. - Update to this review. Shortly after posting the review update I received a call from Willaim the Used Car Sales Manager who then promised to cover the $1400 A/C compressor charge. I took my car to the service department and as promised the a/c was fixed. Thank you Willaim for honoring your commitment and fixing the issues in a timely professional manner. - Joseph Patterson
