In today’s world customer service is a very rare quality. We had an issue with my wife’s truck that needed replacement and it was not an easy fix. It was frustrating to not get it taken care of because it took time to get the parts. However, the service team at Bergstrom was OUTSTANDING. Jacob Durant is an incredibly rare employee who goes so far above and beyond the call that it’s hard to believe. If I had a job in my company open I would hire this guy because he is OUTSTANDING.
