I was very impressed with our sales representative, Devin. He was accommodating and always smiling. This was a big purchase for me and he made the process easy, even though I was nervous. I didn’t think I would like the no negotiation model of the business but it was nice to walk away still feeling like I got a good deal on the car and their low price guarantee was comforting to know they were being honest as well. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the person I assume is the boss was lacking in “bed side manner”. Maybe he was just having a bad day but other than little glimpses of customer service he seemed cold, like he was talking at me instead of with me. But overall, I would 100% purchase from here again - the honesty is a big thing for a car dealership so I would recommend them to anyone.

Thought these guys were great! Patrick and Keith took care of me in the express lane. Everything I came in for and to ask, they helped with and answered!  For smaller repairs and service with the coupons they have, price is always reasonable! Have to mention Lorrie too, she's my favorite and the best! I'll always be coming back!
