I visited this location and purchased my first brand new Mazda. Super clean building.  Everyone there was friendly What an easy experience it was to buy the car I wanted! Rachel was so good at her job, she made my first Mazda purchase fun, easy, fast, and satisfying. Haven't had a salesperson as good in all my years. She goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the vehicle, and that you are happy with your choices and well informed.  I love my new car! I will be back to her for my next one! Cheers to GB Mazda, you did it right!

If you are thinking about a Mazda contact Chris Bulik.  I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, and without question, this had to be the easiest purchase to date.  Chris is amazing to deal with and is committed to making sure his customers are taken care of.  I never asked, but found out he stayed 2-hours after work to meet my family for a test drive.  Then, the next day he located a car that was better suited for my family, made sure it was prepped to his standards, and closed the deal with me...on his day off!  And it gets even better...he arranged to have the car delivered to my house.  From Chris in sales, to the Finance staff, this was an awesome experience. I purchased my car through Bergstrom Mazda 3 years ago, and was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. Due to the great experience, I continued to get my future services done through the dealership. Every time I’ve stepped foot inside this dealership I’ve had great experiences, however, this particular experience, blew me out of the park!!

Bought my first ever car with Bergstrom Mazda. Bought my CX-5  back in December 2023 while Mazda was doing the 0% APR for those with qualified credit. My credit did qualify for 0%. I shared with Chris our sales guy what I was looking for my monthly payments to be. We worked out where it would be a 6 year loan. I was told by Chris that there would be 0% interest for the first 5 years and the final year we would pay 1.9% (looking back doesn’t make much sense but I listened to what I was told) I confirmed multiple times verbally during the signing process. I was told “yup 0% for the first 5 years.”  I was also ensured we could pay it off early before interest hit in year 6 if we wanted. I thought that sounded great and went ahead and signed the deal.

It’s now March and my payments weren’t adding up to be 0% interest. I called Bergstrom finance and was told since I did a 6 year loan the 1.9% is across all 6 years. I feel completely mislead during the buying process. Had I known 0% was just for 5 years that would have changed  my down payment amount and agreement. Yes at the end of the day 1.9% is still a great deal in this market but that is not what I was led to believe I was getting during the buying process. I feel taken advantage of and lied to.

I do really love my CX-5, just wish I wasn’t mislead during the buying process.

I received a call from management. We were able to talk out the issue. Feels good to be heard. Updating to 4 stars.

In 47 years of purchasing cars every 3 years, this was hands down the best experience. We dealt with one person. I was treated (as a senior female owner) as I was knowledgeable and capable. Matt was extremely easy to work with and we are happy that Green Bay now has a Mazda dealer that represents the product so well.
Matt was patient and upfront. He was able to get what exactly what we wanted in less than a week. In this market, that is not easy.
