I had the best experience buying my first new vehicle from Bergstrom VW in Green Bay. Kelli sat in the different models and explained all the bells and whistles, handed us her card, and then let us continue looking. We drove to one more dealership after and then turned right back around to Bergstrom to start the process.

Kelli Konecny made the whole entire experience smooth and stress free for me. I never felt pressured about anything, and she was so knowledgeable about the vehicles. She even grabbed a big bow to throw on my 2024 Taos ???? Justin Hallock, the finance manager, helped us get the paperwork and financing situated, and made that part very laid back and easy as well. Both employees are truly great assets to the VW team. Mark Babiarz, the sales manager, stopped to talk to us just before we left, and I thought that was wonderful too.

We came from 2 hours away to look at vehicles and eventually make this purchase. We do not have a local VW dealer, so it was a big deal. Thank you all for your top notch service!

Bergstrom VW of Green Bay. I had not purchased a new vehicle for many years and it can be a a stressful experience. My sales associate was Kelli Konecny. I had several people recommend her and she more than exceeded her excellent reputation. She is knowledgeable, professional and kind. Sales Manager,Mark Babiarz added greatly to the buying process and Finance Manager, Justin Hallock took care of finalizing the many pages of paper work and of course, the $$$. He had worked so hard that day with numerous sales due to it being the last day of a major sales incentive by VW. He remained calm and professional even though it was 9:30 pm and he had been at work from early morning to late night. Thanks again to the entire staff.
