After dealing with very unpleasant and unavailable Porsche service departments in South Florida, I called Bert’s Porsche service department who fit me right in. I was in and out in 1.5 hours for annual maintenance. Loved the newly refurbished waiting area and complimentary snacks and beverages. Really nice and employees were pleasant and responsive. Will only use them going forward.
