So I wanted to wait a bit before writing this review, but I wanted to say that I couldn't ask for a better place to start finding a new vehicle.

My dad and I passed by here and thought to just look and see what they had. All the vehicles looked nice, but the one that caught my eye was the Forester they had. We test drove it and I instantly liked it. Sam was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to hold the car for me for around a week. He was also able to advise us on getting gap, what monthly payments will be, and help with getting a loan with Capital One.

When we came there to buy the car and drive it back everything seemed fine, until the car stopped halfway back home. I started to panic and called the dealership and Sam was instantly on the road to help. Had kind services from a tow truck, Sam arrived to check on everything and seemed genuinely concerned on what happened. He paid for the vehicle to be towed and figured out that the battery was old and paid for that too.

He was able to get my car back same day and apologized for everything and I feel that him doing all this really showed his character as really trying to help his customers.

I had the car for around a month and haven't had any issues. Only one owner and had reasonable miles on the car. Overall I had a great experience as a first time car buyer, I can't speak for everyone and their previous experience but I recommend atleast giving this place a chance, especially new time buyers.

Best Bet will be my go to whenever I'm in the market for a used vehicle. Sam & Alex were great! Very friendly, helpful, & efficient.  We went there to look at one particular vehicle, but ended up looking at a few because they have a lot of decently priced, nice vehicles on their lot.
