Initially I gave this place a one star. Due to issues I had with a sales associate handling a situation poorly and a car I just recently bought had an issues leaving me without a car.

It's such a reflection about a business when they take a issue seriously and your grievances are heard. Everyone's concern when purchasing from a used car lot is getting a good reliable car and if we're being honest most used car places have a negative stigma already.

However, the business owner Herb and an Associate Sandra made sure that my issues and concerns was dealt with. They didn't make me feel like I was just being a problematic client or was just someone trying to avoid making a payment. They understood where I was coming from and worked with me. Sandra was my main point of contact and kept me in the loop and I was able to make arrangements with as I got the car towed in.
Most of all they honored the warranty they offer over the engine and got me back on the road FAST!
