Picking up my brand new 2024 xc60 pure dark right now. Dealer is great. It’s parked inside, warm and shiny. The whole experience has been pleasant. Andy was responsive and easy to work with. He also has the ability to deliver a lot of information in a short amount of time which I liked. Sales manager Mark also spent time with me during the sales process. I recommend giving this dealer and a Volvo a try!

I’m very happy with my first visit. I was expecting some shade from the service department since I bought my Volvo from a third party, but they immediately went above and beyond for me. The service was incredibly fast, but they also took the time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this service team!

He was concerned that I might have to pay for an oil change twice so he asked the Volvo service manager and he said yes I would. Service manager said I needed a new oil sensor which required another appointment. Come to find out, my oil sensor was working just fine. However the Volvo service manager didn't tell me how to check my oil level as it is electronically. Told me he didn't know and to google it. I was shocked at how little he knew about Volvo. So I cancelled my appointment to get a new oil sensor.
