I have used Beyer Volvo several times for service on my 2014 Volvo. Their service is second to none. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy as you can even schedule appointments online. Nick is usually the person that I communicate with regarding service. He is always willing to help me get to where I need to go while the car is being services. The communication is phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about their service at Beyer Volvo. The only negative I could think of is it's more expensive than if you went to a general garage but, I feel confident that my Volvo is getting serviced correctly at Beyer Volvo.

Hands down, the best dealership I have dealt with. Sales was incredible. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and didn't push me to get a quick sale. Service has been outstanding. We worked directly with Ethan and Mason (we highly recommend them) who were approachable and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions we had and never made it feel like we asked a bad question. Don Beyer Volvo made my first car purchase easier than I had ever imagined! Scott Henderson was beyond kind, helpful, and informative. I had called the day before mentioning my interest in a certain car on the lot, and when I pulled up the next morning, he had the vehicle all gassed up and ready for me to test drive. I was not expecting to be in and out with a brand new car within an hour. As I left, I had a group of them waiting to congratulate me on my big purchase!
