Just wanted to give recognition to Bianchi Honda and Josh Elliott for a spectacular purchasing experience for my mid-life crisis car purchase - '24 Civic Type-R.  Made the 430 mile trip from Virginia for what appeared to be the best deal and a more personable communication/buying experience versus the other dealers out there.  It was a busy Saturday morning with lots of customers, but I was able to get through the paperwork in a relatively reasonable amount of time.  Thank you again, Josh Elliott for this memorable purchase of the Type-R!

Travelled from Cleveland to purchase my car from Bianchi Honda, and I would do it again in a heartbeat!!! I cannot stress how much I appreciated working with Bill Donor and the rest of the team. I had pleasant interactions with Bill, the sales and finance managers before putting in the deposit of a car that wasn't even on the lot yet. I placed the deposit for the 2024 Civic SI in June 2023 before Bianchi Honda received confirmation of the new shipment :-) As I blindly signed for the '24 SI without knowing its MSRP, the 3 men: Bill, and the sales and finance managers, all confirmed that the car would only be a few hundred dollars above the MSRP price of the current '23 SI. There was no lie told, nor was I shocked, when its MSRP was revealed to me; they did not try to upsell or even add a couple thousand "just because." I deeply appreciated their integrity and honesty as a team.

Bill's communication is nothing short of perfection. Every single inquiry I had before purchasing my car, whether it be a financing question or an update, was responded in a timely manner via email. He was stupendously direct with his answers, pricing, and never tried to upsell me like many of the Cleveland Honda's had attempted to do. I could not have imagined a better experience, and it is all thanks to Bill Donor. He still sends me emails to check in, reiterating the same thing he's been saying since the first day I met him "remember, if you have any questions or automotive needs, I'm here for you" and for birthday wishes. Customer service and thoughtfulness is outstanding.

Thank you again for making my purchasing experience the absolute best. 11/10 Bianchi Honda. I will continue to rave about Bill and the dealership ??

Steven sold me a beautiful CR V! I was so impressed with his professionalism and willingness to take time to find out what I wanted in a vehicle. He didn’t try to push any car on me. He wanted to understand what I wanted and needed and suggested a couple cars and one of them was the perfect one. I also spoke with the Sales Manager, Bryan.   He wanted to make sure that I was happy with my price and choice. The deal was made and just had to sign the paperwork with the Finance Manager, Mike.  He explained what I was signing and made sure I understood everything. These 3 gentlemen made the process a breeze. It was really a no pressure, professional experience.
