I had a great experience at big island motors. Ryan helped get the process started. Had me start at a basic model Subaru then move up to get a good idea of all the different features. Tom took me test driving and educated me about the different safety features and other mechanical aspects of the car that make a difference in knowing how it operates and exactly what you’re purchasing. He handled everything from there on. Helping me get the right deal and the right model etc. I left very pleased with my purchase and felt like I got a good deal at the price I was looking for in financing a car in my budget.

Ara, the gal at the Service Desk, is super helpful and kind. Her customer service was wonderful. My technician, was also very thorough and kind. I had a great experience getting my control arm replaced here.

The salesperson Jay was great, he met me half way on my trade in, and hooked us up with a brand new 2024 crosstrek. Grateful that my wife and I now have matching subarus. Subarus are very fairly priced and a good quality vehicle. Love my Subaru.
