Let me just say, there's a reason Bill Brown continues to be the best in the state. Melissa Lelekatch in New Vehicle Sales was not only a great communicator, but she actually she listened to my wants & needs, and then did absolutely everything she could to assist in them becoming a reality. I felt not only well taken care of and confident in my purchase with Melissa, but I am absolutely enamored with my new car & I've also already shared my amazing experience (and the attached photo of her business card) with my friends and family on social media. Couldn't be happier!

Quick lane is well organized. You need an appt. though. I left and went to service to get a new remote starter for my Bronco. Was able to set that service up with my oil change on the following Monday. Service took care of me. The young man took payment for my oil change and programmed my remote the next day. Love that my extended warranty covered it! 5 stars

Cant say enough about how I was treated at Bill Brown Ford. Just received my new Mustang GT. My salesperson Chris Baxter was awesome. Kept me informed through the entire process from ordering until I received my vehicle. He was as excited about my new car as I was. Every time I went to my vehicle Bill Brown staff was admiring it. I cant count how many times I was told “ beautiful car” or congratulations, your car looks great” from the staff. John in finance was helpful non pushy and took the time to assure I understood everything. Great, friendly service all around! Thank you Chris and Bill Brown! Here are some pictures of my car as I was picking it up. Did I mention I love it and it is a ton of fun!

I was able to easily schedule my service appointment online for my 2017 Lincoln Continental. I got an email confirming my appointment, and I also received a couple of email and text reminders for my appointment. As I walked into the new quick lane service center, which is very nice and modern, I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee. She asked me for my name and pulled up my requested services. She then asked me if I wanted to add anything to my "The Works" oil change and tire rotation service. I told her that I wanted to have my tires balanced as well. I asked her if they remove all the previous balancing weights and replace as necessary based on the balancing machines report. She confidently told me that's exactly what they do. I found the waiting room to be comfortable, with television screens visible from any of the seating areas in the waiting room. I enjoyed the coffee station where I could brew a fresh cup of coffee instead of finding an old oxidized carafe of coffee that had been made earlier in the day! A very nice touch! The restrooms were very clean and easy to access from the waiting area. I'll be returning to Bill Brown Ford for all my service needs for my Lincoln Continental. Based on previous services they provided to my 2013 Fusion. Bill Brown Ford Quick Lane has serviced several of my family's non-Ford vehicles, always receiving excellent service at competitive pricing with excellent service warranties.
