I walked into the showroom without an appointment on Saturday April 20th, having traveled to Lebanon from Indianapolis after seeing a car online that was what I was looking for. I was greeted and told I would be helped in a minute. Again, it was very busy in the showroom on this Saturday. I was in the showroom approx 4 1/2 hours. I worked with Robin DeGonia Wornhoff who was very professional. I did purchase a car during that time, trading in a car as part of the transaction. I thought the staff did a good job of juggling customers and moving everyone forward throughout my time in the showroom. Jojo and Joe are wonderful. They found the problem that we brought it in for, but found a bigger issue with the frame rusting through and a rear spring hanging. Called to say it really wasn't worth fixing. We went to look at it on the lift, and it was obvious. Then they didn't even charge us for looking at it. We will start bringing our car and truck, both ford's, to you for service. And will highly recommend you.
