We were in Kalkaska for the weekend and our car started acting up at 4:00pm Friday on our way into town. We limped it to Bill Marsh in Kalkaska...it wouldn't go over 30 mph...and they started do everything possible to help us. As somebody took it into the service bay somebody else was trying to come up with backup options in case it wasn't fixable at that time since we were away from home. One of these options was Josh the Service Manager driving us to Traverse City to get a rental car. They diagnosed it, determined they had the part needed, repaired it and took it for a test drive. We were out of there in an hour. Everyone was so nice and tackled our issue from all angles. I cannot say enough good things about this place and our experience. Thank you Dennis, Sarah and Josh...you all rock!!! I also want to point out all this service was received and we didn't even buy the vehicle from this dealer, again we were just visiting the area. Thanks again for keeping our weekend enjoyable!!!

Bill Marsh did me good , I dealt with Tom & Bryon from the Gaylord dealership the pickup I bought was originally at Kalkaska dealership and delivered to Gaylord,so I could look at it and test drive it.

Maybe it is because I am from NJ, but I was not expecting such low pressure courteous salesmanship. Jeff G was extraordinarily helpful. I did not buy the car I came to see,but they won me as a customer .

Doug in Service was absolutely great. I needed an update on my sync. The sync would not let them update using 4 different ways, he had to call the ford hot line, they decided it was time for a new unit. He called me to tell my part was in, set it up for the next day. I was in and out within a short time. Would definitely use Bill Marsh service ,Kalkaska again.
