He was helpful from the start, sent me videos and pictures of the truck that I was interested in, and was quick to work with me on financing options as well as the price of the vehicle. We flew to Birmingham where he picked us up and brought us to the dealership to get the truck. He made the process easy and painless. Truck was brought in Monday afternoon and given back to me by Friday afternoon. So overall I was very happy with how quick the process was completed. I had three recalls done as well as my rear differential fixed because it had a leak. The fluid that leaked on my diff wasn’t cleaned off that’s the only thing I would’ve changed about the process.
